hello, i bought the original and sold that to a friend to upgraded to the NN3. i love this unit, it is inexpensive (compared to most others on the market), well built and easy to use.  i mainly create multi-row flat pan images and the NN3 has helped to speed up the stitching  process with better alignment of the individual shots. thanks for coming out with such a great product. gregory Smiley

Hi, I just learned about your tripod head when I viewed a post on "daily dose of imagery" blog. He credits Nodal Ninja for his very cool pano pics.  I've tried using my old tripod with a standard head and have always been frustrated.
I look forward to learning more about your product.

Also, cool idea for the giveaway, here's hoping!  Grin

I have one of the first NN5's...what a great product. Very impressed when I received it...craftmanship and materials are outstanding.  Used it for a client the next week, generating a QTVR of the pano created of the inside of his restaurant. Very easy to use. I played with it the day prior, then shot the restaurant the next day. Images stitched wonderfully and everyone loved the pano & QTVR. It paid for itself on the first use. Thank you for a great product! Shocked

I'm a NOOB.

I'm using a DIY unit I built from an old flash bracket. I use it on a decent Manfrotto tripod a friend gave me. Hope to win something so I can start shooting parallax-free in the portrait position rather than just landscape mode.

Many questions will follow . . . .

I received my NN3 in Nov 07, I would love to give a glowing testimonial but I have not assembled it yet. As a mechanical engineer it was love at first sight, the carefully crafted black bits showing off the glow from the superbly rounded shiny bits, all with their accurate little etchings.  I have not had the heart to remove the contents from the perfectly moulded and gleaming case.  It is just too magnificent to use. So I am afraid there can be no testimonial from me and that makes me sad.

Gee Frank, we've never seen anyone treat our product as if it were a Picaso.
You would be surprised at how robust these units really are - go ahead - pick it up and assemble it - ahhh - that's better isn't it?
Now go out into the big world and shoot some panos for all to see  Cheesy
Cheers
