We always encourage our customers to order from a local authorized reseller within their region. Buying locally helps to keep your local economy strong which is very important in light of the global economic challenges.

Our primary e-store (https://store.nodalninja.com) ships domestically as well to all countries outside the USA. International orders originating from the website are only shipped using UPS or FedEX EXpress and may be subject to taxes, and import fees (sometimes as high as 30% or more).
Prices may seem higher from resellers because resellers have already paid import fees, taxes etc  A customer more often than not may actually pay more if opting to purchase outside their respective areas.

Buying from an authorized dealer assures your products are covered under warranty and also that you have the latest revision to models being purchased. Buying from an authorized dealer also ensures direct product support. Not all dealers are listed above.
We have 2 levels of authorized dealerships.
Reseller: Authorized to resell our products to end user.
Distributor: Authorized resellers that also are under special agreement which allows resale to local businesses who sell to end users.

* Australia note: We decided to close our Australian website. Those who may have purchased any of our products in mid 2008 from NodalNinja.com.au website, operated at that time by James Smoother of Smooth Images, are encouraged to register their products directly with us for support, or warranty service. Customers inside Australia "must" order through a local dealer. We are under special agreement with our dealers in Australia and as such our e-Store does not permit sales from end users inside Australia. If you need accessories that might not be listed on a dealers website please contact them for special ordering. We sincerely apologize for any added inconvenience this might cause.
